Tiefrastenhütte, Eidechsspitze, Terner Jöchl and many others. You can start numerous hikes in Terento directly from the farm. Several mountain lakes and alpine huts are waiting for you. So, put your mountain boots on and let’s go.
Sights of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage of the Dolomites like the Lago di Braies, the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, but also the Alpe di Siusi, Rosengarten or Funes with the Odlegruppa are not far (maximum 1 hour) away.
The location could hardly be better. Only a few kilometres lie between the Nature Chalet Kieserhof and some of the most beautiful ski areas in South Tyrol. The Plan de Corones, South Tyrol’s No. 1 ski mountain, Rio Pusteria, the Plose near Bressanone, but also Tre Cime di Lavaredo or Val Gardena Alpe di Siusi are not far. The free Ski bus to Plan de Corones stops 100 metres from the premises. The panorama lift in Terento is waiting for families and beginners with its perfectly maintained slopes and lots of sunshine.

- Cross-country skiing – Terento is ideal for searching for the best cross-country ski runs in the Dolomites.
- Winter Snowshoeing – Many alpine huts are also open in winter and invite you to go on winter hikes.
- Tobogganing – It’s off downhill with a toboggan. We would be happy to lend you one of our toboggans. By the way: There is also an illuminated toboggan run right in the village.
- Bressanone and Brunico – Two towns with a lot of history. And Terento is right in between.
- Bolzano – South Tyrol’s capital with museums (Ötzi), shops and a beautiful old town.
- Eating out – The hosts are foodies themselves and will advise you on finding the best restaurants.
- Shopping – Whether specialities, clothing or shoes: Your host family will be happy to tell you where you can go shopping.
- Relax & play – The recreation park in Terento with playground, Kneipp facility, pond and mini-golf is particularly popular with families with children.
